Homes should be built with intention, not excess.

We’re a New Braunfels–based residential builder serving homeowners throughout Central Texas who value quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and long-term value. Our team blends practical building experience with design-forward thinking to deliver homes that are functional, durable, and thoughtfully planned. We don’t chase trends or cut corners. We focus on the fundamentals — and we do them well.

ONE SIMPLE BELIEF:

Our Philosophy

We believe the most important parts of a home are often the ones you don’t see.

Our approach begins and ends with functional value — from how a home is designed, to how it’s built, to the materials and systems behind the walls. We intentionally allocate resources to ensure every home is structurally sound, weather-resistant, and energy efficient before making it pretty.

We often explain our role like this: think of Bandit Homes as guardrails. We’ll help you explore ideas and make your home your own — while protecting you from decisions that could compromise durability, performance, or long-term livability.

Our homes prioritize:

  • A black silhouette of a hovering helicopter with a visible tail rotor and main rotor.

    Livable, well-proportioned floor plans

  • Outline icon of a waffle iron with a grid pattern, shown in an isometric view.

Materials selected for longevity and performance

  • Outline of a document with a clock symbol and a pencil.

    Timeless design over passing trends

  • Black silhouette of a locomotive train with a rounded front, two visible wheels, and a tall smokestack, set against a plain white background.

Site-specific soil testing and engineered foundations

  • A group of four diverse children playing with a ball outdoors in a yard, with trees and sunshine in the background.

Engineered framing, windstorm plans, and exterior envelope systems

  • House with a magnifying glass featuring a checkmark.

    Third-party inspections for accountability

  • Icon of a house with a ruler and a pencil, suggesting home design or construction.

In-house design support that keeps selections and budgets aligned

  • An illustration of a black silhouette of a dog with a bow tie, standing on its hind legs, with a white background.

There’s one way we know how to build — the right way, the first time

Our Process

Building a home should be exciting — not stressful.

What sets our process apart is the emphasis we place on front-end diligence. We spend the time upfront on design, selections, and budgeting so expectations are aligned before construction ever begins.

That extra work early on leads to smoother builds, clearer communication, and homes that come together the way they should — without surprises along the way.
