This is where the vision comes together. Detailed plans are developed alongside a structured, six-week selections process led by our in-house design team. We handle the heavy lifting, guide decisions, and keep budgets aligned.

Once plans and selections are complete, we present a comprehensive proposal based on real information — not estimates or guesswork.

After contract execution, final plan details are reviewed and a pre-construction meeting sets expectations before building begins.

With planning complete, construction moves forward efficiently. Clients receive regular updates and weekly site meetings to stay informed every step of the way.

Before closing, we walk the home together, review systems, and ensure everything meets our standards. We don’t rush this step — a home should be finished right.

Warranty, Explained Simply
We provide a two-year in-house craftsmanship warranty and a ten-year structural warranty — longer than industry standard.
That said, we don’t lead with warranty as a selling point. A well-built home shouldn’t rely on warranty work. We see it as a compliment to quality construction, not a substitute for it.
